Before the rapid growth of social networking sites I released a mixtape series titled “If Not Me Then Who?” The series included four installments which helped me develop a strong local fan base and following in my hometown of Newark, NJ. Now with the advancement of technology and me being able to connect with fans across the world, I wanted to take the opportunity to show you the growth in my overall sound from the past until now. I’ll be re-releasing volumes 2-4 via free download on www.broadwayblake.com with the 1st one being released Monday February 7, 2011 and the other two released on the following Mondays. For all my new supporters I wanted to give you a chance to hear some of my earlier material and for the day 1 fans this is for us to relive the reasons for our early connection. Thanks for coming along for the ride, we still have a long way to go but the destination is getting closer. We can’t know where we’re going unless we know where we came from. #BlakeHistoryMonth ...Lol ..that has a nice ring to it. I hope you enjoy.
